PURPOSE: A device for diluting exhaust gas of a chimney is provided to reduce the ground concentration caused by gas exhausted into the air by using a forced blowing device. CONSTITUTION: A device for diluting exhaust gas of a chimney(10) includes a blast pipe(11) connected to the middle part of the chimney, with rake; a blower(12) connected to the blast pipe, to forcibly discharge the air to the blast pipe; and an opening and shutting valve installed on a side of the blast pipe, to open and shut the blast pipe. The blast pipe is installed to a position of 1/10¯1/5 of the chimney diameter, from the chimney exhaust port downward. The connecting angle of the blast pipe and the chimney is 30¯50 degrees. The device for diluting exhaust gas of the chimney supplies the external air through forced blast and thus, the ground concentration of the winding is reduced.
