PURPOSE: A cleaning apparatus for the outer wall and windows of a building is provided to reduce the time for cleaning the building, reduce the labor cost, and improve safety. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning apparatus for the outer wall and windows of a building includes a moving tool(5) moving along a rail; a pair of wire roofs(3) installed on a side of the moving tool; a movable weight disposed under the wire roof to maintain tension; and a cleaning body(1) removing foreign materials of the outer wall and windows of the building. The moving tool is disposed to the upper part of the building while descending. Quick and safety cleaning is performed through an unmanned system.
