PURPOSE: Provided is quality enhancing method of eggs using a feed prepared by using medicinal herbs and agricultural by-products as main ingredient. The feed promotes the health of chickens without feeding antibiotics, and consequently improves the quality of the eggs. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a feed comprises the steps of: selecting a feed of medicinal herbs and agricultural by-products by screening with a sieve; mixing a compound feed with the medicinal herbs and agricultural by-products in a mixing ratio of 50:45:50; and mixing the mixture thereof thoroughly three times.
