PURPOSE: A complex sensor using a geophone and a hydrophone and a fixing device for fixing the same are provided to measure vibration and sound wave using one equipment by installing a housing and the hydrophone in one protector. CONSTITUTION: A complex sensor includes three geophones(201) for measuring vibration, a geophone assembly(200) is provided by coupling three geophones(201) in different three axial directions. The geophone assembly(200) is accommodated in a housing(210). A hydrophone(220) is provided to detect a sound wave of underwater. The hydrophone(220) and the housing(210) are accommodated in a protector so that the hydrophone(220) and the housing(210) are prevented from being damaged by an external impact. The geophone assembly(200) includes three geophones(201) and a geophone fixing tool.
