METALLIZING COMPOSITION AND METALLIZING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE: A metallizing paste forming a metal layer on the surface of ceramics by metallizing at low temperature(1300-1400deg.C) is provided, which has low production cost and high bonding strength. CONSTITUTION: The metallizing paste is prepared by adding 8.1-35.2% of a mixture of 10-80wt.% of manganese oxide and the balance of titanium oxide to molybdenum metal powder. Also, the ceramics are metallized by coating a prepared paste on the surface of ceramics, drying, and thermal treating at 1300-1400deg.C under N2+H2 atmosphere in the range of log(PH2O/PH2) of 0.327-3.63.
