GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET FOR COLOR COATING

摘要

PURPOSE: To secure corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet by vacuum depositing alumina layer thereon through dry surface treatment technology instead of chromate treatment. CONSTITUTION: In a galvanized steel sheet for color coating, the galvanized steel sheet is characterized in that an aluminum layer with a thickness of 10 to 200 nm is vacuum deposited instead of chromate coat; and the aluminum layer is formed under the condition that the galvanized steel sheet is heated to less than 350 deg.C.
