摘要 PURPOSE: A nozzle structure capable of preventing air from penetrating between a ladle and a tundish is provided to achieve a complete sealing effect and to improve quality of a strip by changing a shape of a connecting section formed between nozzles based on a hydrodynamic principle. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle structure includes a front nozzle and a rear nozzle. A protrusion(50) is formed at an inlet of the front nozzle. The protrusion(50) has a radius smaller than a radius of an outlet of the rear nozzle. The radius of the protrusion(50) is about 60 to 90% of the radius of the front nozzle. Selectively, the nozzle structure includes a collector nozzle(10) connected to a lower portion of a ladle and a submerged entry nozzle(30) connected to the collector nozzle. Molten steel is transferred to a tundish through the collector nozzle(10) and the submerged entry nozzle(30).
