PURPOSE: Provided is a health food composition which contains Saururus chinensis baill. as main ingredient and others to keep the human health, to prevent and treat cancer, to improve digestion and excretion, to inhibit inflammation, diabetes and obesity, and to relieve fatigue. CONSTITUTION: A health food composition contains 5-49 wt.% of Saururus chinensis baill., 2-20 wt.% of Rhynchosia Nolubilis, 2-20 wt.% of jujube, 2-20 wt.% of pine needles, 2-20 wt.% of licorice root, 2-20 wt.% of Ganoderma lucidum, 2-20 wt.% of Letimula edodes Pegler, 2-20 wt.% of unpolished rice, 2-20 wt.% of sesame seeds, 2-20 wt.% of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz, 2-20 wt.% of Lycium chinense Mill., 2-20 wt.% of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) H. Baill. , 2-10 wt.% of malt, 2-10 wt.% of Galli stomachichum corium, 2-10 wt.% of ginger, 1-10 wt.% of sea tangle, 2-10 wt.% of lactose and 5-20 wt.% of starch. |
