PURPOSE: A method and a program for bonus lottery ticket business using the Internet are provided to maximize the lottery ticket business and the AD(ADvertisement) effect by operating the theme information provision bonus business as making the members, who have specific interest for the field, connect to each theme park and by closely relating the lottery ticket business to the AD business. CONSTITUTION: The member connects to an operation server and a program installed to the operation server(S100). If the user selects the desired theme part through a main screen of a lottery ticket and AD site, the selected theme park screen is displayed(S105). The lottery ticket is sold according to a lottery ticket purchase request of the member(S107). A winner is drawn if an issued number of the lottery ticket is equal to a sold number(S110). A draw result is informed to the winner(S111). The prize money or a use right is given to the winner. If the winner selects the use right, the user is linked with the EC(Electric Commerce)(S114).
