PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a floor material with absorbing electronic waves effectively which allows glass fiber coated with carbon or metal alloy to be used as a substrate layer so that it shows excellence in absorbing the electronic waves. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the floor material with absorbing the electronic waves effectively is characterized by piling up a back layer(8), a metal alloy paste player(7), a foamed lower layer(6), the substrate layer(5), a foamed upper layer(4), a printed pattern layer(3), a transparent skin layer(2) and a surface treatment layer(1), in which the substrate layer is produced by allowing a mat made of glass fiber and/or non-textile cloth to be infiltrated into a paste sol, heating at 140-200deg.C and then drying.
