MORNITORING SYSTEM FOR EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: A monitoring system for excavator is provided to promote the visual effect to show working information such as the depth of excavation, length and a bucket angle, therefore to help the driver understand the whole working situation at a glance with a light-emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: The monitoring system includes: a boom resolver angle sensor(1) placed at a rotative part and measuring the revolving angle of a boom; an arm resolver angle sensor(2) placed at a rotative part and measuring the revolving angle of an arm; a bucket resolver angle sensor placed at the rotative part of a bucket and measuring the revolving angle of a bucket; a tilt angle sensor(5) measuring the level value of an excavator; a monitoring system(4) receiving a signal from those sensors and converting into a position information, also communicating with the main controller(6) by a serial communication to convert error codes of the main controller into a letter.
