PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent electronic components of the liquid crystal display from being damaged due to electrical shock applied to the components. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a printed circuit board, a ground pattern(60), and an insulating pattern. Electronic components are mounted on the printed circuit board. The ground pattern is formed on the printed circuit board to be provided with ground voltage. The insulating pattern is formed on a portion of the printed circuit board other than the periphery region of the electronic components. The ground pattern is exposed in the form of surrounding the electronic components. The ground pattern is formed on the same layer on which signal line patterns of the printed circuit board are formed.
