PURPOSE: A joint of footing concrete and a pier column is provided to reduce construction expenses of a pier by using inexpensive deformed bars instead of expensive anchor bolts. CONSTITUTION: The joint of footing concrete(30) and a pier column(1) comprises outer bars(53) drove in the footing concrete(30) and located around the outer circumference of the pier column(1), inner bars(52) drove in the footing concrete(30) and located around the inner circumference of the pier column(1), and shear bars(54) drove in the footing concrete(30) and arranged along the outer circumference of the outer bar(53), and the outer bars(53) and the shear bars(54) are connected, and the outer bars(53), the inner bars(52) and the shear bars(54) are housed in the concrete.
