<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electronic component mounting device in workability even if it is equipped with a safety cover when an electronic component feeder provided to the device is subjected to a maintenance operation, wherein the electronic component mounting device is provided with the electronic component supply unit equipped with a stick tube which contains electronic components on a feeder base and is disposed so as to incline obliquely downward. <P>SOLUTION: First, a bolt 40 is loosened by a tool from above, and then a bolt 29 is removed by a tool from below. At this point, a space above the bolt 40 is open, a wide space is formed below the bolt 29, and no hindrance is present in the space, so that the bolt 40 can be easily loosened and removed from above or below by the use of a tool. A mounting pad 34a is made to slide on a rail plate 37 along it to move an electronic component feeder 6 in the direction (outward) in which the feeder recedes from the mounting device main body. By this setup, even the feed tip 20 of the electronic component feeder 6 can be repaired or maintained without being impeded by the safety cover 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
