PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an electric appliance adaptive to network that the resources of a microcomputer such as a memory area for dealing with a network must be additionally provided other than a memory area for a control program of the electric appliance because additional functions or services require additional properties corresponding to them. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a condition storage means 3a connected to an operation control means 4 for controlling the performance and operation conditions of an air conditioner main body 21 to retain the setting conditions and the operation conditions of the main body 21, and the means 3a has a general-purpose storage means 7 for storing information which is not specified in type or details other than a specified property storage means 5 corresponding to the specified information stored in the means 4. Employing this constitution vehicle can realize a network communication control and additional properties required for this without being accompanied by the new additional memory area or the modification of specifications of the microcomputer.
