PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which can reduce man-hours in assembling by decreasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A retaining piece 4d, which retains the connection 7a of a winding 7 such that it contacts with a circuit board 3, is formed integrally in the vicinity of the control circuit board 3 of a first center piece 4 which insulates and covers teeth 5b. Then, the connection 7a of the winding 7 retained by the retaining piece 4d the circuit board 3 are soldered directly to each other, and the winding 7 and the circuit board 3 are electrically connected to each other with solder 8.
