FIELD: surface equipment for launching space rockets from water craft (floating platforms). SUBSTANCE: proposed transportation facility is used for assembly, preparation and transportation of multi-stage launch vehicle to launching site. Proposed facility includes vessel and monitoring and control station. Rocket is delivered to hoisting facility with whose help it is brought to platform in horizontal position. Vessel may be provided with fore and/or aft and side passages for delivery of separate stages of rocket and payload. Vessel may be equipped with room for assembly, preparation and transportation of several rockets simultaneously.
