摘要 PURPOSE: A low-NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) thermal storage radiant tube burner having a fuel division-injection type fuel nozzle is provided to reduce the generation of NOx by equalizing fuel concentration inside the radiant tube by division-injecting fuel. CONSTITUTION: In thermal storage radiant tube burners(30,30') installed inside a radiant tube(1) radiating the heat of combustion as fuel passed through fuel nozzles and air through air nozzles(21,21') are mixed and burned with including the fuel nozzles penetrating regenerators and supplying fuel and nozzle plates(25,25') supporting the fuel nozzles and communicating with the air nozzles supplying air, the low-NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) thermal storage radiant tube burner having a fuel division-injection type fuel nozzle is composed of first fuel nozzles(40,40') installed in the center of the nozzle plates respectively, second fuel nozzles(41,41') internally contacting with an inner wall of the radiant tube, passing through the peripheries of the nozzle plates, and axially extending than the first fuel nozzles, and a plurality of fuel injection ports(42,42') longitudinally installed to the second fuel nozzles.
