PURPOSE: A device for supporting a compressor of a refrigerator is provided to reduce the number of parts and simplify the assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A device for supporting a compressor of a refrigerator includes slit pieces(22); a stand welded to a compressor base(10) in an erect state; and a seat rubber(20) having a longitudinal penetrating hole(20a) inserted into the slit piece and the stand. The slit piece is formed by slitting a part of the compressor base and standing the slit part to the upper part. The slit piece has a fixing rib(22a) protruded to the outside. The seat rubber has a fixing protrusion(20b) protruded on the inside of the penetrating hole. The fixing protrusion with the seat rubber is positioned to the lower side of the fixing rib.
