SWARF TRANSFERRING DEVICE OF STRIP GRINDING LINE SWARF PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A swarf transferring device of a strip grinding line swarf processing equipment is provided to filter swarfs in polishing oil overflowed through an auxiliary chute and directly transfer swarfs to a swarf conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A swarf transferring device of a strip grinding line swarf processing equipment is composed of a swarf dividing part and an input part. The swarf dividing part comprises a cylindrical housing(10) communicated with the exit of an auxiliary chute(105) extended from the upside of a swarf conveyor tank to a filter tank and vertically extended; a filter(11) installed along a bottom face and an outer peripheral surface of the housing; a transfer screw(12) perpendicularly installed in the center inside the housing to rotate and to lift up swarfs; and a driving motor(13) installed to an upper end of the housing to rotate the transfer screw. The input part includes a through-pipe(40) communicated with the upside of the housing; a transfer screw(41) installed inside the through-pipe to rotate; a driving motor(42) installed to a front end of the through-pipe to rotate the transfer screw; and a discharge pipe(43) installed to the lower part of the through-pipe to input swarfs into the conveyor.
