PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to achieve improved efficiency of optical utilization of the organic electroluminescence cell, while preventing power consumption caused due to the leakage current of the transistor. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence device comprises a cathode electrode(2) made of a metal material; an anode electrode(4) formed of a transparent conductive material, and which maintains an insulated state from the cathode electrode; an organic electroluminescence layer(6) interposed between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode, and which cooperates with the cathode electrode and the anode electrode so as to constitute an organic electroluminescence cell; a transistor electrically connected to the anode electrode, and which supplies current required for the light emitting of the organic electroluminescence layer to the organic electroluminescence cell; a semiconductor substrate(12) where a transistor(10) is formed; and a reflector unit(14) having a reflector surface for reflecting the leakage light so as to concentrate the leakage light to the user.
