<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable resource mount for collecting medical apparatus utilization information. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system for acquiring data from a resource (24), e.g. a movable apparatus, utilizes a transmitter (28) connected with a programmable interface (26). The programmable interface is connected with a device related to the resource. The device or an application delivers resource data to an interface. A user communicates with the device and programs the interface (26) to deliver the data to the transmitter. The transmitter (28) can operate to deliver information to one or more antenna (14, 16) of the radio communication system.
