<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a consumer being a customer to acquire commodity safety information in real time without anxiety at buying by coming to a store or consuming time by securing identity on edible meat reaching at hand of the customer by being fractionated in a distributing process in the edible meat such as beef, port, and chicken. <P>SOLUTION: This providing method of edible meat commodity information by a communication network substantially provides commodity information of the edible meat selling in a store in real time of the customer, and comprises following steps: a step of acquiring and storing raising information at living time of an object kind of the edible meat, DNA information, and negative information as a disease inspection result in a database via the communication network as commodity information on the edible meat, a step of acquiring the DNA information at processing time or selling time as an inspection result of the processed edible meat as the commodity information on the processed edible meat, and a step of providing the raising information stored in the database and the negative information as the disease inspection result with the DNA information as password information at processing time or selling time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
