<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit with one-way clutch in which a one-way clutch is provided between a shaft and a pulley and the non-contact state of a biting member and the shaft can be ensured at the time of idling. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley 4 is concentrically disposed on a periphery of the hollow shaft 3 and the one-way clutch 5 is disposed between the hollow shaft 3 and the pulley 4. At least one bearing 6, 7 is provided between the shaft 3 and the pulley 4. The one-way clutch 5 is rotated while a roller 13 as the biting member and a coil spring 14 as an urging member is integrally formed with an outer ring. The roller 13 is moved to a biting release direction by a centrifugal force caused by a predetermined rotation speed or higher of the outer ring and the urging force of the coil spring has an amount for permitting this movement. A cam surface 11 is provided on an inner periphery of the pulley 4 and the pulley 4 and the outer ring of the one-way clutch 5 are integrally formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
