PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user group information managing system capable of automatically changing the user group information of other servers, when the user group information is changed. SOLUTION: This user group information managing system 1 is characterized by including a transmitting-side server 2A for creating the change information with the contents of the change of the user group information recorded on the basis of a common format defined in advance, when the user group information is changed and transmits the change information by selecting a server as a transmission destination on the basis of the predetermined server priority, and a receiving-side server 2B for changing the user group information on the basis of the change information received from the server of highest priority in reference to the predetermined server priority, when the change information is received from the transmitting-side server 2A.
