PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which is capable of small sizing an thin sizing and can prevent breakage of the enclosed battery package even when a sharp protruded matter crashes or falls upon it. SOLUTION: This is a battery pack 10 that comprises an enclosed battery 11 in which a generating element having a negative electrode and a positive electrode are housed and sealed in a enclosed battery package and in which a pair of terminals connected respectively to the negative electrode and positive electrode are drawn out to the outside of the enclosed battery package, and a control part 13 of nearly box-shape which has a connecting terminal 14 that is jointed to each terminal respectively and is capable of electrical connection to other apparatus, and that the enclosed battery 11 and the control part 13 are mutually arranged so that they become flat shape.
