PURPOSE: An underground reduction system for the outflow of rainwater is provided to utilize a site and to prevent the river contamination by discharging rainwater after purifying. CONSTITUTION: The underground reduction system for the outflow of rainwater comprises at least one or more inlet pipes(40) extended to the surface of the earth to guide the movement of rainwater, a primary pipe(10) connected with the inlet pipe(40), many secondary pipes(30) whose one ends are connected to the side of the primary pipe(10) in rows, a third pipe(20) connected with the other ends of the secondary pipes(30) in rows, at least one or more outlet pipes(50) connected to the third pipe(20), and partition walls(61,62,63) formed in a joint of the primary pipe(10) and the secondary pipe(30), and a joint of the secondary pipe(30) and the third pipe(20) to store rainwater in the primary and secondary pipes(10,30).
