PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control opening/closing of two flaps without providing a position detection means, in a damper device for opening/closing the two flaps. SOLUTION: When a motor is rotated by a first predetermined amount in one direction, both of the first flap 105 and the second flap 106 are opened. When the motor is rotated by the first predetermined amount in the one direction and then rotated in the other direction by a second predetermined amount which is smaller than the first predetermined amount, the first flap 105 is closed and the second flap 106 is opened. When the motor is rotated by the first predetermined amount in the other direction, both of the first flap 105 and the second flap 106 are closed. When the motor is rotated by the first predetermined amount in the other direction and then rotated in the one direction by the second predetermined amount which is smaller than the first predetermined amount, the first flap 105 is opened and the second flap 106 is closed.
