PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building camper having natural frequency coinciding with target value in high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: A base 6 is formed in a longer shape having a required longitudinal length having brackets 6a erected on both ends in the longitudinal direction. Plates 7 having the surface horizontally disposed are set on the base 6. Metal- made sliders 9 contacted to the plates 7 in a slidable manner are mounted on the bottom of a weight 8. A tensile coil spring 10 is erected between one end of the weight 8 and each of the brackets 6a. The slider 9 is rigidly fixed to the weight 8, and since the slider 9 itself comprises a rigid body, the natural frequency of the weight depends only on weight of the weight 8 and spring constant of the spring 10. Accordingly, the natural frequency can be set in the same value as that of the target value in high degree of accuracy by selecting those values. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
