PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute images in real time without jaming network traffic.

SOLUTION: An image-transmitting apparatus 1 transmits an image 202 in a specific range in an all-directional image 201 to an image-receiving apparatus 2 by steps S1and S2. The image-receiving apparatus 2 displays an image 204 corresponding to a viewpoint in the image 202. When the viewpoint is moved in a direction marked by an arrow 205, the travel information is transmitted from the image-receiving apparatus 2 to the image-transmitting apparatus 1, and an image 208 corresponding to a new viewpoint is transmitted from the image-transmitting apparatus 1 to the image-receiving apparatus 2. The image- receiving apparatus 2 displays an image 210 corresponding to the viewpoint in the newly received image 208.
