<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that reporting of fault information generated on the side of a customer 20 to a vendor 10, transmission of a correction module from the vendor 10 to the customer 20, and processing for application to a customer system are not efficient and the version of an application that the customer 20 uses is not managed. <P>SOLUTION: The customer 20 retrieves fault information and the latest information that the vendor 10 has and a correction module applied to an application fault on a customer terminal 202 is automatically taken out of the customer 20 and distributed from the vendor 10 to the customer 20 to save the trouble for information retrieval that the customer 20 has, thereby making it easy to grasp the latest fault information and correction information on the fault. Terminal information (log, error, etc.), of the customer 20 and the update date, version, etc., of a module are unifiedly managed in a database of the vendor 10 to speedily cope with a problem and reduce misses.
