<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube fitting with high vibration-resistance and durability by permitting slight bending of connected pipes each other without impairing a sealing function by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A seal ring 3 is interposed between flanges 1a having a large diameter formed at an end part of opposed pipes 1. The seal ring 3 has a core material 3b for retaining a shape in an elastic ring 3a made of soft elastic body and an outer diameter thereof is slightly larger than that of the flange 1a. A ring-like back-up ring is provided and a clamping body 5 butted to both side surfaces of the back-up ring 4 and circumferentially split is provided. The clamping body 5 has a clamping piece 5b butted to a back surface of the flange 1a at an inner periphery part. The clamping piece 5b is retreated in the back surface direction of the flange 1a by an amount corresponding to an approximate thickness of the flange 1a against a butted surface 5a with the back-up ring 4. A tightening tool for tightening the respective clamping bodies 5 to both sides of the back-up ring 4 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
