<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately grasp the irregularity/abnormality of a process state arising in a plant. <P>SOLUTION: An alarm arising in a plant is classified into a plurality of groups by using fixed classification standards such as the purpose/means/kind of monitor/control, and the group to which each alarm belongs is displayed on a screen.
