PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display images required for checking on a display means in a range that a supervisor can check according to the position relationship between a plurality imaging means and a display means even if the supervisor may travel between positions. SOLUTION: A CPU 53 reads data from a storage 52. At specific time, the CPU 53 selects a first monitoring camera 11 and a second monitoring camera 12 for imaging a range that the supervisor 33 cannot look straight. Only a monitor corresponding to the monitoring cameras 11 and 12 is selected from groups of monitors 21, 22, and 23 in the proceeding direction of a train from the position of the supervisor 33 that is derived from the train length, thus enabling an operation state. Imaging is made by the selected monitoring cameras 11 and 12, and data that are converted to digital data are individually transmitted to an access point 31.
