PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device in which a satisfactory communication quality can be supplied by assigning one call channel optimal for a radio communication out of a plurality of call channels. SOLUTION: One call channel to detect RSSI is set out of call channels called to the extraction of a RAM (S10). The RSSI of that set call channel is detected and that detected RSSI is written in the RSSI table of the RAM corresponding to the call channel (S11). On the basis of RSSI written in the RSSI table corresponding to each of call channels, ranking is applied in order from the small RSSI of a satisfactory communication quality (S13).
