PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure in a partitioner such as a fence or the like capable of connecting horizontal frames to vertical frames of the partitioner with frame basic bodies and facing covers as easily and surely as possible. SOLUTION: The horizontal frames 1 and the vertical frame 2 of the partitioner comprise the frame base bodies 11 and 21 and the facing covers 12 and 22 for covering the frame base bodies, at the same time, the facing covers 22 of the vertical frames 2 are separately formed in front and behind to make them slidingly put on facing cover installing frames 213 of the frame basic body 21, a horizontal frame assembly metal fitting 3 is set in the central part of the frame base body 21 to screw a screw 4 in a pair of tapping holes 113 at the central position of the same axis of the frame base body 11 in the horizontal frames 1 to firmly carry out the joint and, at the same time, a joint position is used as the inside of the facing cover 22, and a connecting screw hole machining of the facing cover 22 can be omitted.
