PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current detector from detecting a current applied to a reset winding. SOLUTION: If a switching device 4 is turned off and an induced voltage is generated in a primary winding 3A of a transformer 3, a voltage between both terminals of a reset winding 3C is elevated, a diode 32 is turned on and a voltage between both the terminals of the switching device 4 is not elevated further. At that time, a current from the reset winding 3C is directly applied to a DC power supply 1 side without flowing through a current transformer 21. The current transformer 21, therefore, can accurately detect only a primary current Ii corresponding to energy transformed to the secondary side of the transformer 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
