PURPOSE: A placer of a concrete traveling rail is provided to shorten a period of construction by executing a concrete work and a leveling work at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The placer of a concrete traveling rail(100) contains a plate(20) provided with concrete placing openings(30) to place mixed concrete into a form, many wheels(50) installed on the base of the plate(20) to move the placer along a form, and a level bar(40) attached to the backside of the plate(20) and moved along the top of a form to push out the concrete placed on the form to the outside of the form.
