APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING COOLING TEMPERATURE OF HOT ROLLED WIRE ROD

PURPOSE: A cooling temperature controlling apparatus for a hot rolled wire rod is provided to improve productivity of the hot rolled wire rod by carrying out the heat treatment process of a large-diameter wire rod and a small-diameter wire rod in one line. CONSTITUTION: A cooling temperature controlling apparatus includes a first cooling table(100) installed at a rear portion of a coiler. A second cooling table(200) is aligned in parallel to the first cooling table(100). When producing a small-diameter wire rod, a transverse conveyer and a coil lifting section are mounted on the first cooling table(100). The transverse conveyer extends through a line switching section(15), a middle integrator, and a second cooling table(200) in such a manner that a moving direction of the small-diameter wire rod is changed into an insulation tunnel.
