FIELD: medicine, dermatology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing medicinal agent with antifungal effect. Invention proposes cream comprising the following ratio of components, wt.-%: terbinafine hydrochloride, 0.9-1.25; accessory substances: benzyl alcohol, 0.8-1.25; nipagin, 0.1-0.3; stearic acid, 1.5-2.5; polysorbitol-60, 1.0-2.0; cetyl alcohol, 3.5-6.0; vaseline oil, 12.0-25.0; sodium hydroxide, 0.15, not above; glycerol, 10.0-25.0; water.
