<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for allowing a user to easily input data from a pointing device and to compactly carry it as portable information terminal by removing a part of the information processor from the main body, and to acquire the information of schedule management or a mail. <P>SOLUTION: A display input device 4 is removed from an information processor main body 1, and carried as a portable information terminal when going out, and in a state that the display input device 4 is mounted on a notched part 1a of the information processor main body 1, an operation command or the like is displayed at a display input part 4a, and this display input device 4 is operable with the finger and a pen or the like.
