<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module and its manufacturing method which reduces the loss of a used single crystal wafer and raises a module packing density. <P>SOLUTION: Disklike solar cells are cut along parallel cutting lines right and left symmetric to a center line bisecting a main plane of the disklike solar cell to obtain first cells 10 and the cells 10 are staggeringly arranged in parallel to make a solar cell module 100. Similarly, two obtained second cells 20R, 20L are paired with their cut lines opposed and they are arranged to make a solar cell module. Thus, the loss of the disklike wafer is eliminated to raise the packing density more than that of the disklike cells arranged as they are. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
