PURPOSE: A strip guiding apparatus used in a cold rolling mill is provided to introduce a strip into an outlet-side tension reel by guiding the strip released from an inlet-side tension reel into the outlet-side tension reel. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mill(18) is provided with two tension reels, which are spaced from each other by a predetermined distance. A strip released from the inlet-side tension reel(10) is introduced into the outlet-side tension reel by way of a deflector roll(22), a forming roll(24), an inlet-side oil wiper(16), the roll mill(18), and an outlet-side oil wiper(20). A strip guiding apparatus is installed in the rolling mill(18). The strip guiding apparatus includes a base plate having four fixing bars, a lifting plate formed at an underside thereof with four guide bars, and a lifting cylinder installed at a center of the base plate in order to move the lifting plate up and down.
