METHOD OF FABRICATING ALUMINIUM PLATE

PURPOSE: A method of fabricating an aluminium plate with superior chemical resistance, adhesiveness, formability and thermal resistance even after deep drawing is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of dipping an aluminum plate (1000 or 3000 series) in a rinsing solution as bubbling; primarily heating the rinsed aluminum plate at less than 250 deg.C; coating the heated aluminum plate with polyester resin (20) by using a rubber roller (16) and a plated steel roller (18); secondarily heating the aluminum plate after polyester resin coating in an inclined furnace (6,24); keeping the temperature of the heated aluminum plate within 190 to 220 deg.C; quenching the aluminum plate after secondary heat treatment.
