PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element, which has sufficient luminosity, excellent stability and durability, possibility to make it large area, and easy manufacturing. SOLUTION: Concerning to an organic electric field light-emitting element which consists of one or more organic compound layers inserted between a pair of electrodes, which consist of at least either a positive electrode and a negative electrodes is transparent or translucent, the organic electric field light-emitting element is characterized that at least one layer among the organic compound layers contain an electric charge transportation nature high polymer compound, which is cross-linked 3-dimensionally with at least two sorts of the electron hole transportation substance which has hydroxy group, and isocyanate compound that has three or more numbers of functional groups.
