PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion efficiency of a combustible component in fuel by catalysis such as an electromagnetic wave or a magnetic field stir when the fuel passes a large number of curves inside objects 2, 4, 5, 6 fixed to a suction port bottom part of a fuel transport pipe. SOLUTION: This reduction device is fixed to the fuel transport pipe suction port bottom part by the objects 2, 4 and a thin string, and is fixed by the objects 5, 6 from the bottom part. When the fuel passes an object 7 simultaneously with a start of an internal combustion engine, catalyst efficiency of the reduction device and the exhaust gas combustion efficiency are improved.
