PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet, to which waterproofness by a loose laying method can be carried out without boring a through-hole to the waterproof sheet made of a vulcanized rubber and which can be fixed firmly by a heat fusion and which can be joined mutually by the heat fusion, and its joining method. SOLUTION: In the mechanical fixing type waterproof sheet 1, a thermoplastic resin film 3 is laminated and unified on at least one surface of a waterproof sheet body 2 composed of a rubber.
