PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser module in which current dependency and temperature dependency are suppressed. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser module A1comprises a semiconductor laser element 5 having a diffraction grating arranged in the vicinity of an active layer, an optical fiber 8 for transmitting light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 5, and a Peltier module 2 for regulating the temperature of the semiconductor laser element 5, wherein the semiconductor laser element 5 and the Peltier module 2 are connected electrically in series and the wavelength of light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 5 is substantially constant in the working region of driving current of the semiconductor laser element 5.
