摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating a voltage drop component in a terminal voltage falling corresponding to the magnitude of a discharge current, and a discharge time voltage drop component separation calculation method and a device in a battery for separating the voltage drop component by utilizing the calculated component. SOLUTION: The discharge current of the battery and the terminal voltage corresponding to the discharge current are measured periodically by a current/voltage measuring means 23a-1 during a period when a rush current simply increasing up to the peak value and then simply decreasing from the peak value to a steady value flows in a load. A first approximate expression of a current-voltage characteristic to the increasing rush current and a second approximate expression of the current-voltage characteristic to the decreasing rush current are determined by an approximate expression calculation means 23a-2. An operation means 23a-3 adds the voltage drop caused by concentration polarization calculated based on the difference of the terminal voltages at the point where the discharge current is zero in the first and second approximate expressions and calculates the voltage drop caused by factors other than the concentration polarization separately from that caused by the concentration polarization.
