PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-distributing apparatus for distributing images where the taste of a viewer is reflected. SOLUTION: The image-distributing apparatus 10 is an apparatus for communicating with an image-receiving apparatus 20 via a communication network 30, and comprises an image acquisition section 110 for acquiring a plurality of images from different viewpoints, an image analysis section 120 for analyzing contents included in the image for generating an analysis result as contents information for each of the images, and a distribution image-matching section 130 for determining the degree of matching between each of the contents information and taste information that is notified by the viewer, determines an image to be distributed, and distributes the determined image.
